Hemline.ai is an AI-native platform that compresses the entire design-to-production pipeline — from inspiration and moodboarding through design iteration and factory handoff — into a single, chat-driven workspace. The Problem

Generic image generation was never built for fashion. Hemline's models understand garment construction, draping physics, and fabric behavior — not just pixels.

Four proprietary capabilities define our technical moat:

  1. Garment-aware AI — Our models are trained on the structure of clothing: seam lines, construction logic, silhouette grading. The output behaves like a garment, not a texture applied to a shape.
  2. Skin-tone intelligence — Specialized training on South Asian skin tones and phenotypes ensures on-body renders are accurate and representative for Indian brands selling to Indian consumers.
  3. Fit and sizing intelligence — Regional body measurement data is mapped to manufacturing specifications, closing the gap between design intent and factory execution.
  4. Textile rendering fidelity — Weave simulation, print placement, fabric drape, and texture behavior are rendered with material specificity — not approximated.
